LCI Community of Practice

lean group meeting at a community of practice lean roadshow

Northern California

Welcome to the LCI Northern California Community of Practice. Our community serves Lean practitioners from the Bay Area to the Central Valley. Currently we hold monthly events. Most events are virtual (held over zoom). Every third month we hold a single joint event at a more neutral location in Walnut Creek. We take the month of July off so that members of our CoP can enjoy some summer vacation time with family. We also take October off to enable folks to attend the National LCI Congress.

Our Impact

Our Purpose

As you know, the design and construction industry is transforming into a more collaborative culture through the application of Lean principles and integration project teams. Our goal is to create an environment where owners, architects, designers, contractors, trade partners, suppliers, academics and industry organizations can all come together to share, learn, and explore Lean principles and processes with a common goal of improving our industry and delivering value to our Owners and community.
