Editors provide day‑to‑day editorial leadership and coordination across topic areas, working between the Editor‑in‑Chief and Topic Area Editors to ensure quality, consistency, and timely progression of manuscripts. Responsibilities include:- Overseeing the peer‑review process across submissions, including coordination with Topic Area Editors;
- Making publication recommendations and decisions in alignment with LCJ standards and governance;
- Supporting special issues and strategic editorial initiatives.
- Resolving routine review issues and escalating complex or disputed cases to the Editor‑in‑Chief as appropriate;

- Select and engage reviewers, and coordinate review stages
