No voice is too small to be heard at Skender

Skender, an LCI corporate member, ingrained Lean Coffees into its culture to give each employee the opportunity to voice his or her ideas on a variety of topics including advancing client relations, improving internal practices, further developing its work environment and more. Thanks to the Skender slogan of "no voice is too small to be heard," new ideas like reinventing team building exercises, enhancing job start-up meetings, and a "bring your parents to work day" were discussed at recent meetings. Is your company doing all it can to advance its Lean journey?
