Watch the testimonial video!

"We learned quite a bit about Lean construction and the Last Planner® System itself, and met a lot of great people who will be resources for our company in the future," Rob Martin says in the CoP testimonial video.

Let’s demonstrate to others the value in engaging in local LCI CoP workshops and events! To share a testimonial from a CoP event, CoP leaders can contact Denise Erminger, derminger@leanconstruction.org.

New LCI Education Advisory Group

As LCI continues to find new ways to meet the growing learning needs of our members, an Education Advisory Group is being created. The intent of this group is to support more rapid development of learning materials and methods. As we move in this direction, the LCI Board and staff would like to thank the current team of Education Committee volunteers who have contributed to creating learning materials: Katherine Copeland, Southland Industries; David Craft, Showalter Construction; Dan Fauchier, The ReAlignment Group of California; Cindy Menches, IMPACT; Rebecca Snelling, JE Dunn; Sarah Zdarko, Pankow Builders; and Jessica Kelley, Southland Industries, Education Committee Chair.

Skiles Group does #valuedelivery
