Capitalize on the LCI Congress
momentum as a sponsor!

Last year's record-breaking attendance of nearly 1,600 Lean professionals was the sixth year of consecutive growth for LCI Congress, and this year we are expecting an even larger crowd! Capitalize on the LCI Congress momentum by signing up for any available sponsorships that work for your organization's budget.

All sponsor organizations will see their logos in emails, the LCI Congress program and the conference app while a few featured sponsorships also have unique benefits like the few listed below:

  • Cocktail Charging Tables Sponsor ($20,000 or tables can be purchased individually for $7,500/each) who will have custom branding on 8 panels of the table.

Increase e-Learning retention
with interactive modules

Research shows e-Learning knowledge retention is increased anywhere from 25-60 percent (Brandon-Hall) compared to classroom learning. You can maximize retention with the Introduction to Last Planner® System e-Learning course that will include interactive exercises and knowledge checks that require a minimum of 80 percent correct to advance to the next module.

If you're an LCI corporate member looking to educate as many of your employees as possible about Lean processes in a short amount of time, reach out to Ilene Goldberg, igoldberg@leanconstruction.org, for information about e-Learning volume discounts of up to 65 percent off the already reduced corporate member price.

2018 LCI Owner Forum Recap

Thank you to all the owners in attendance and for all of you who encouraged your owner contacts to attend! For the second time, owners passionate about Lean transformations gathered at the 2018 LCI Owner Forum, June 27 in Miami, Florida, where they heard Lean lessons learned from fellow owners along their Lean journey.

Among the topics discussed were procurement, program validation and more. Key takeaways were shared and the owner-exclusive forum concluded with a visit to a Big Room in operation at the host organization, Jackson Health System.

Community of Practice (CoP) Corner -
What can LCI CoPs do for you?

Do you really know what value a LCI Community of Practice offers to design and construction practitioners? Save a spot on your LCI Congress agenda for the LCI CoP Lean Lab presentation Wednesday morning to learn something new about the benefits of participating in LCI CoP events and workshops.

Three different CoPs from across the country will share their experiences hosting various learning events and workshops and how they saw attendees work together to learn something new that will improve the way they work with teams.

For questions on how you can benefit from your closest LCI CoP, contact Denise Erminger, derminger@leanconstruction.org.
