Do you know an owner invested in Lean?

Invite an owner you know who is invested in Lean design and construction to attend the second annual LCI Owner Forum, June 27 in Miami, Fla. On many projects, it is the owner who can demand a collaborative, Lean culture across designers, trades and the entire project team, which is why owners play a key role in transforming the built environment.

Send this flyer to an owner you know and encourage him or her to face the challenges of project delivery head on with other owners implementing Lean to cut costs and increase value at the owner-exclusive event hosted by Bill Seed, Jackson Health System.

Envision your future as a
LCI Congress sponsor or exhibitor

"Reflecting on Our Past, Envisioning Our Future" is the 20th annual LCI Congress theme encouraging Lean design and construction practitioners to look back at how far we've come as an industry and to look forward to the many improvements yet to come.

Each year, LCI Congress sponsors and exhibitors make the immense knowledge transfer possible for attendees as they share their technology, products, ideas and services that aim to improve project delivery. To learn more about how you can be a part of LCI Congress' 20th anniversary year, contact Ilene Goldberg, igoldberg@leanconstruction.org, for sponsor and exhibit opportunities.

Lean in Design Forum on May 30th

Target Value Delivery (TVD) participants will learn key tools and techniques for implementing the TVD phases that veer away from more traditional delivery approaches at the 2018 Lean in Design Forum on Wednesday, May 30.

CE units upon completion

For the first time, LCI e-learners who complete the LCI Immersive Education Program's first e-course, Introduction to Last Planner® System, will receive a badge that can be added to email signature lines and a certificate of completion specific to that e-course!

As LCI's e-course is being developed, we are excited to announce our partnership with American Institute of Architects (AIA), which offers 1.5 Continuous Education Units (CEUs), and the Association of General Contractors' Certificate of Management-Lean Construction (AGC CM-Lean), which offers 1.5 hours of Continuing Education (CE) hours for LCI e-course completion.

If you'd like to talk about corporate member e-learning volume discounts of up to 55 percent, contact Ilene Goldberg, igoldberg@leanconstruction.org.
