Words of Wisdom

Myth #1 of 5 About IPD and Lean: “Delivery matters less than choosing the right people; ‘A-Team’ behaviors can’t be dictated by a contract.”
The Myth Busted: It’s not possible to have “A-Team” players on every project, but it turns out that the right delivery methods can foster behaviors that bring any team up to much higher performance standards. These techniques include effective on- and off-boarding processes, attending to risk/reward proportions within teams, improved coaching/mentoring, and encouraging a culture of accountability.
