New Owner Success
Story Video - UCSF

“Lean construction and Integrated Project Delivery are really the only things that I’ve found that can deliver on that dependability,” Michael Bade, University of California San Francisco Associate Vice Chancellor, said.

After participating in the owner satisfaction survey funded by LCI, Michael Bade explains how he has seen Lean and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) outperform traditional delivery methods because of the collaboration, alignment and shared-risk approach.

See this video, the other two owner success stories and the LCI-funded research summary at our website under Learning, Research.
