As leaders in the Lean design and construction community, our corporate members deliver value daily whether it be to their owners, to their fellow project team members or internally within their organizations. LCI has launched its first #valuedelivery campaign Mon. April 17, calling for photos of corporate members delivering value – because we want everyone else to see the value of Lean methods too. Whether you submit just one photo or a series of up to three photos showing your organization reducing waste or practicing continuous improvement, you’ll be in the running for a FREE ticket to the 19th annual LCI Congress core program! Only one company will win the golden ticket to 2017 LCI Congress but all organizations have something to gain.
All LCI corporate members will see their #valuedelivery photo(s)…
Go to the #valuedelivery page to learn more and see submission instructions. Submissions via Twitter will be collected as well. Tweet your photo(s) to @LeanConstruct with the hashtag #valuedelivery, preferably from your organization’s public Twitter account (private accounts will not necessarily be seen by LCI).
Up to three photos under 10MB (high quality preferred) of a value-added activity with a title and brief caption giving context for each. Here are just a few Lean photo suggestions to get your creativity flowing: A3, Big Room, Gemba walk, Last Planner System®, a Lean project site, Pull Planning, Safety, Scaling Lean to the office, Target Value Delivery.
LCI is accepting photo submissions from Mon. April 17 – Mon. May 1. The LCI Congress ticket winner will be announced on May 15.
LCI corporate members only. 1 submission per corporate membership.
You could win a free ticket to 2017 LCI Congress core program (Weds. Oct. 18 – Thurs. Oct. 19)! All member companies will be exposed on the LCI website, LCI Update and LCI social media profiles.
The design and construction industry is broken and in need of a productivity transformation. Lean and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) has been proven to deliver more projects on or under budget and on or ahead of schedule than traditional delivery methods.
By participating in the #valuedelivery photo campaign, our corporate members are joining LCI in our continuous journey to transform the built environment and improve the design and construction industry.
