We’re all adjusting to a new way of working. Join us to learn about methods and tips to work effectively in this environment. This session will cover two topics: how to have effective virtual meetings, and how to manage the work when the team is remote.

Learning Objectives:

  1. How to prepare for and lead a virtual meeting. We will be sharing effective ground rules, ideal behaviors, tips to ensure that the meeting purpose is fulfilled, and that everyone feels included
  2. How to participate effectively in a virtual meeting to ensure that your voice is heard, you’re able to respect others in the meeting, and you’re able to understand and contribute to the purpose
  3. Understand what changes in work management when moving to a remote environment, and how we should break down and assign work
  4. Learn some tactics to help in managing and leading remote teams – avoiding micromanagement and increasing trust
