Scott Muxen – University of California, San Francisco – Mr. Muxen is the Associate Vice Chancellor, Capital Program Management for the University of California, San Francisco. He has been managing the real estate and capital program for the school for the last 5 years. Prior to UCSF, Muxen was the VP of Business Development at Herrero Builders and the Director of Project Management at Southland Industries.
Mike Meredith – Department of General Services – Project Management and Development Branch – Mike is a Capital Outlay Program Manager at the California Department of General Services, overseeing the State’s 10-year $2.4B Sequencing Plan addressing facilities deficiencies. He is currently leading the execution of the $597M New Natural Resources Agency HQ Building and the $275M New O street Office Building in Sacramento. Mike has participated in over $2.5B worth of Design-Build projects and has been involved with DBIA for several years.
Geoffrey Neumayr, SE – Chief Development Officer, San Francisco International Airport – Geoff Neumayr is the Chief Development Officer for the San Francisco International Airport Planning, Design & Construction Division. He is responsible for the planning, design and construction of all Airport maintenance & capital projects. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He has over 30 years in design and construction, and brings a unique insight to the Design & Construction process in that he has been a designer, builder, owner’s representative and now is an owner. Geoff is a huge advocate for Structured Collaborative Partnering because it is the foundation on which high-performing collaborative teams are built.

Parking – There is a below grade parking structure. When you pull into the hotel, go down the ramp to the below grade structure. Turn right and take a ticket. (the parking lot attendant leaves prior to our meeting letting out and parking is typically free)
