How to Facilitate a Pull Plan to Help Meet Owner Expectations

This workshop will provide attendees with guidelines to facilitate a successful pull planning session. Participants will learn to walk project teams through successful discussions around customer expectations and milestone deliverables by creating common language and goals to which project teams can work to meet.

After this presentation, participants will understand how to:
• Identify and meet customer expectations for planning deliverables
• Properly prepare for a productive pull planning session
• Leverage pull planning during different phases of a project
• Increase engagement of pull planning participants.

It is recommended that participants have been involved in pull planning sessions before and have an intermediate understanding of Last Planner System®.
