How to Facilitate a Pull Plan to Help Meet Owner Expectations
This workshop will provide attendees with guidelines to facilitate a successful pull planning session. Participants will learn to walk project teams through successful discussions around customer expectations and milestone deliverables by creating common language and goals to which project teams can work to meet.
After this presentation, participants will understand how to: • Identify and meet customer expectations for planning deliverables • Properly prepare for a productive pull planning session • Leverage pull planning during different phases of a project • Increase engagement of pull planning participants.
It is recommended that participants have been involved in pull planning sessions before and have an intermediate understanding of Last Planner System®.
Sabrina Odah – The Boldt Company – Sabrina is a lean integration leader, and has worked with The Boldt Company since 2013. She works with project teams to assess the effectiveness of a business function and develop strategies, processes and performance metrics to achieve targeted business objectives. She acts as a liaison between projects, actively promoting a learning culture and providing transformation expertise in accountability. She empowers teams to think creatively, stretch potential and share improvement opportunities.
