In this webinar we will cover introductory level information to give attendees an understanding of the Last Planner System® for Construction, how each element of LPS® is implemented by a project team, and how all elements work together to provide a complete framework for a team based collaborative production management and continuous improvement system. The webinar is intended for individuals who have some basic understanding of Lean construction principles and who would like to learn more specifically about the Last Planner System® and the pull planning process.

Christian Pikel, managing principal and senior coach with The ReAlignment Group, brings a unique insight and novel approach to Lean/IPD coaching for teams and organizations, defined by a diverse career spanning two decades in the design and construction industry as design/build trade manager, preconstruction and project developer, and serial builder owner. This is coupled with Christian’s ten years of experience as practitioner and student of Lean construction and engagement with over 25 IPD projects in roles of collaborator, leader and coach.
