The failure to work as a team often results in failure or worse.
Investing in building a collaborative culture and a “people first” initiative has been shown to be a primary ingredient to engender success and to improve project results. This presentation will present some basic leadership strategies for building a healthy project team and a culture of collaboration on projects of all scopes and complexity.

Bruce has over forty years of diverse experience in Architecture and Design/Build project delivery. For the last ten years, he has served as a leader, consultant and mentor for non-traditional project delivery for both Architects and Builders. As an industry-recognized leader in the use of computers as a design tool, He has been an evangelist of the Building Information Modeling-BIM process in Architectural practice and Construction. After 36 years working in various industry disciplines, in 2014, he established Sword Integrated Building Solutions providing Leadership Coaching, BIM and Lean consulting to companies who recognize the value of implementing Lean principles and practices to realize operational excellence.
