Building on our recent lean coffee where we discussed how to handle a labor shortage in the industry, the LCI Carolina chapter has invited three local companies to discuss how they use offsite construction and prefabrication to reduce onsite manpower and improve project quality. Bernhard MCC, Starr Electric and EAS will present on their approach to prefabrication and offsite construction. The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion where the audience can ask questions of the three presenters.
