This is the sixth in an on-going series of one-hour virtual learning opportunities intended to help empower Michigan CoP participants start their Lean journey or enhance their current knowledge. This session will create awareness around using Kaizen workshops as an employee-engaged approach to accelerating continuous improvement efforts. Attendees will learn how Kaizen workshops function including the needed planning/facilitation, as well as expected results. Multiple examples and case studies will be shared, many from Michigan firms.
Bradley Hanpeter has more than 30 years of experience in leading teams to better results using process excellence, continuous improvement, and lean systems. His broad base of experience includes executive leadership and consulting roles in the building products, residential, and commercial construction industries. He is the Leader of LCI’s Michigan Community of Practice and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt from the Juran Institute.
