Part one – Tour Toyota’s Georgetown, KY plant to see demonstrations of lean principles applied to manufacturing.

 Part Two – Roundtable discussions with local lean construction experts. Discussion will be led by James Sheehy, of the LCI Ohio Valley Community of Practice.

Speakers:

James Sheehy is the Director of Strategic Coporate Projects with the Jurgensen Companies.  James is passionate about Lean and the learning culture promoted by Lean.  As a Lean champion, James has led many functional and cross-functional improvement projects throughout his organization from the field through the back office.

Toyota requests that you arrive by 9:15 am.  No phones, cameras or other electronics are allowed.  Please leave these items in your vehicle.

Lunch and round-table discussion will be held following the tour (11:00 am to 1:00 pm) at the Best Western Plus-Georgetown Corporate Center Hotel.

There is no charge for the tour of the Toyota plant.  Registration fee covers lunch and assocaited costs at the Best Western Plus.
