DISCOVER BEST PRACTICES AND LESSONS LEARNED FROM DESIGN AND FIELD PERSPECTIVES

While the utilization of Lean principles continues to improve productivity in the AEC community, some firms aren’t sure how to get started. This program will provide an overview of Lean from the Ohio Valley Chapter of the Lean Construction Institute, plus design and construction considerations from those who are actively using Lean thinking, tools and techniques on their projects. Following the formal program, participants are invited to join the panelists for a happy hour that will provide networking and the opportunity for additional Q & A.

In-person attendance is limited to the first 25 registrants.  If you prefer the online program, please email Deb Murphy

Presenters:

A panel of Lean Construction practitioners from throughout the state, representing a variety of industry viewpoints, will share experiences from their journey and answer questions to help participants learn how to get started.
