Panel Speakers/Q&A to share and discuss their experiences   mobilizing crews and managing a COVID construction work site. With an owner moderating, learn from the experiences and opinions of a large GC, a medium size building trades contractor, and a small road/bridge works contractor as they discuss how they   survived and thrived in 2020 and prepare for 2021. We’ll start the session with introductions and each speaker discussing a set of prepared questions, and then open the floor to your questions and experiences.
