Target Value Design
Target Value Design is a process to cut out contingencies and waste and drive efficiency without sacrificing quality. As costs go down, the team can add features that enhance the project’s overall value while still maintaining the targeted budget. The goal of this presentation is to present the process at an introductory level with a fun activity that will help everyone understand the intent of TVD.
