Dean Jones is Deputy Director of Facility Design and Construction at GlobalFoundries, responsible for Basebuild and MEP construction. He is Clarkson University graduate with 25 years Construction Management experience in leadership roles as a CM and now as an Owner. Instrumental in the Lean Construction transformation at GlobalFoundries, Dean excels in the application/implementation of Last Planner and Construction team collaboration.

Ed Haldeman, PMP is the Eastern NY Business Manager and Project Executive at JW Danforth. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, he began his career as an IT project manager, transitioning to Construction Management 8 years ago. Ed built the Project Controls foundation for GlobalFoundries construction and is now a member of the executive team leading transformation of JW Danforth’s Eastern NY operations.

Steve Thompson is Sr. Director of Facility Design and Construction GlobalFoundries. Old enough to have mastered the slide rule and typewriter, he is a University of California, Berkeley grad with 40 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry. Steve spent his first 20 years in the science and manufacturing of computer chips, and is now a thought leader in Construction Program Planning & Integration with a keen focus on what brings value to the customer.
