Stop Starting, Start Finishing Your Way to Lower Stress Projects with the Kanban Method

Do your projects, offices, departments sometimes result in overloaded staff and less than desirable work product? We’ve learned from the world of Lean thinking that there’s a better way to organize our workflow and stay coordinated throughout the overall design and construction process. This approach is called the “Kanban Method” and is a method used to visualize their work while continuously improving the way they bring flow to the production of their work. This leads to higher first-quality, happier staff, more satisfied clients, and more profitable work.
This event is a great opportunity to participate in a hands on workshop to understand the Kanban principles and practices as well as produce a Kanban board that you can begin using immediately in your daily job.

12:30PM – 1:00PM – Registration & Lunch
