As the COVID-19 pandemic endures, those of us in continuous improvement roles have had to rethink how to carry on our Lean Transformations – waiting until it passes is likely too late to respond to ever-changing customer and business needs. While team events were held in a common space in the past, in most situations, collaborating in the same physical space is no longer an option. In this event, learn and experience how teams have effectively used Zoom in conjunction with collaborative, virtual, workspace apps such as Miro and Mural to drive participant engagement in activities such as Hoshin Kanri, Value Stream Mapping, and Rapid Planning (Kaizen) Events.
The program will be introduced and facilitated by David Umstot of Umstot Project and Facilities Solutions, LLC
