This is the fourth in an on-going series of one-hour virtual learning opportunities intended to help empower Michigan CoP participants kick-off their lean journey or enhance their current knowledge.  This session will explore the benefits and trade-offs associated with using PPMOF as a deployment methodology to identify and reduce waste.  Attendees will gain valuable insights through a series of case examples, many of which come from Michigan-based contractors and builders.

Brad has more than 30 years of experience in leading teams to drive results using process excellence, continuous improvement, and lean systems.  His broad base of experience includes executive leadership and advisory roles in the building products, residential, and commercial construction industries.  He is an active core team member in LCI’s Michigan CoP and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt from the Juran Institute.
