Do you feel like you relive the same project outcomes repeatedly? Do your projects suffer schedule slippage and productivity challenges? If you are experiencing workflow challenges in your construction projects, design efforts, and/or management systems and can’t seem to break free from this cycle, we think we can help.
Overcome your cynicism and despair and join us on January 8, 2019, for the Parade of Trades® Simulation which will give you insights into this common issue, and ways to rethink how workflow is established. Through a fun, hands-on exercise, reliable workflow principles will come to life. Larry Cormicle, Director of Undergraduate Construction Engineering Program, Iowa State University, will lead the simulation activity. Group discussion following activity will center on common problems associated with a Lean journey, both on the job and in the office.
