Parade of Trades
For the first 45 minutes, we invite those who want to learn what Lean is about. If you are just starting on your Lean Journey, don’t miss this overview of Lean, both on projects and within your office.
Starting at 1pm, we invite our new attendees and all others already on their Lean Journey.
Do you feel like you relive the same project outcomes repeatedly? Do your projects suffer schedule slippage and productivity challenges? If you are experiencing workflow challenges in your construction projects, design efforts, and/or management systems and can’t seem to break free from this cycle, we think we can help.
Overcome your cynicism and despair and join us on Friday, March 9, 2018 for the Parade of Trades® Simulation which will give you insights into this common issue, and ways to rethink how workflow is established. Through a fun, hands-on exercise, reliable workflow principles will come to life. Kevin Labrecque, Senior Vice President at Harper, and Frank Coln, Superintendent at DeAngelis Diamond, will lead the simulation activity.Group discussion following activity will center on common problems associated with a Lean Journey, both on the job and in the office.
