We will give an overview of several common lean tools that are being utilized both in the Design/Preconstruction Phase and during the Construction phase.
Then we will have a case study with the architect, Hayley Johnson, from arcDesign and the staff liaison, Annette Loveless, for the Hospital staff from IU Health Frankfort.
