Multi-Tasking

Multi-Tasking kills productivity. How many times have you ended your day exhausted but came to realize you didn’t really get anything done? We will explore multi-tasking and perform a simulation to help expose how bad multi-tasking can be and counter-measures you can start to be more productive.

Speaker

Jake Snyder – Hoar Construction – Jake is a Lean champion, both at work and at home. He constantly looks for ways to improve his work – including those around him. At Hoar Construction, he is a preconstruction manager who constantly pushes to create standard work and improve those standards. Being effective is way more important than being efficient to Jake and he will show that in the simulation.
