Over a five (5) part series, panel discussions will be facilitated to identify the roles and needs of the stakeholders identifying how each aspect of the Last Planner System^® (LPS^®) can provide more benefit and where process improvement can be better identified. The sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays, from 4:30pm – 6:00pm:

Speakers:

• Heather Ormonde is a Lean Manager for Flintco Construction. Having earned a Bachelor’s of Interior Design and while working toward her Masters in Construction Management, she developed her passion for Lean and started her Lean journey. Heather has furthered her professional journey as a CM-Lean instructor, LCI instructor, as well having a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She has worked in all aspects of the building process, having worked for an owner, worked as a designer, and is currently working in construction. She has dedicated her career to leading positive change in the design and construction industry through lean facilitation, education and implementation. Heather was the co-founder of, and is currently the leader for the Lean Construction Institute’s Oklahoma Community of Practice.
• Mike Johnson is a licensed unlimited journeyman electrician in the state of Oklahoma for 20 years. Mike has experience in large commercial and industrial projects specializing in Healthcare facilities. He believes in creating a unified team culture that allows each team member to succeed. There is a real joy in seeing a new team member succeed using the knowledge that he or she received from another team members experience from past mistakes. He truly believes that we can all succeed together. Mike attended a 5 year apprenticeship training through the IBEW local union 1141 National Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee and received his certificate of graduation in 2001. Mike is currently the Vice leader for the LCI Oklahoma Chapter.
• Betsy Brunsteter is an Architect with ADG, PC. Betsy specializes in healthcare architecture and has worked in most of the major hospitals in the Oklahoma City metro area and in rural Oklahoma. Healthcare has special benefits through LEAN practices making LCI of particular interest. Betsy has served on many of the City of Oklahoma City Boards and Committees, and has been involved with LCI Oklahoma since its 2015.
• David Foss is the Administrative Director of Real Estate, Planning Design & Construction for OU Health. Prior to joining OU, David worked for INTEGRIS Health in various capacities including real estate, strategic planning, design and construction, and business development. David is a current core member of the Lean Construction Institute (LCI), Oklahoma Community of Practice, former board member of the Oklahoma Association of Healthcare Engineers (OAHE) and certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).
