This topic introduces the Last Planner System^® (LPS^®) 5 levels and connected conversations. Participants will learn the benefits and key concepts of LPS, the definition of Last Planner, and push versus pull methodology. Learning will include examples of LPS being implemented.

The LCI Lean Learning Series is a facilitated, discussion-oriented event focused on specific Lean subject matter. The event is more structured than a Lean Coffee, yet shorter and less structured than an LCI education course. Its purpose is to provide just enough of a knowledge base to kick-start an engaging Lean discussion amongst the participants.
