Big Room – This topic introduces the Big Room approach and the mindset important to being successful.
Participants will learn the purpose and benefits of implementing a Big Room strategy, see examples and understand the different venue types.

The LCI Lean Learning Series is a facilitated discussion-oriented event focused on a specific Lean subject matter. The event is more structured than a Lean Coffee yet shorter and less structured than a LCI education course. Its purpose is to provide just enough knowledge base to kick start an engaging Lean discussion amongst the participants.

Speakers:

• Rocco Gallo, LEED AP, is a principal at Karpinski Engineering, a Cleveland-based consulting engineering firm. He is one of the firm’s healthcare design leaders, specializing in large electrical systems.
  Rocco is an advocate for collaborative project delivery methods, because he believes the greatest success comes when everyone works together. He has participated in numerous projects that used collaborative delivery methods, including design-assist, Lean, and Integrated Project Delivery. He presents regularly on project teaming and collaboration.
• Bryan Wahl, AIA, is the Director in Integrated Design at Bostwick Design Partnership, where he has implemented the Intentional Design Process and has utilized the Last Planner System on many projects. Bryan is a leader in the national and local Lean community, attending, facilitating and presenting at LCI congress since 2016.
