The Last Planner System® (LPS®) is a group of tools designed to create a project environment in which team members behave in a manner to achieve the six tenets of lean – Respect for People, Optimize the Whole, Generate Value, Eliminate Waste, Focus on Flow, and Continuous Improvement. This half-day remote training session integrates presentation, group discussion, videos, case studies, and exercises to lead attendees to a stronger understanding of the purpose of LPS, as well as guidance on how to best implement the tools on your project.

This training is ideal for designers, construction owners, construction managers, general contractors, trade contractors, and vendors that want to further their understanding of and ability to participate in an LPS project.

Julie Glassmeyer is the Owner of Glassmeyer Construction Consulting & Coaching, LLC. For the past 18 years, Glassmeyer has been employing, facilitating, coaching and championing Lean Construction principles and Last Planner® tools. She draws on her 20+ years of experience in commercial construction planning and management to support project teams in their efforts to achieve successful Lean implementation.
