Denis Stroup, HGA Architects, is a licensed architect in California with 28 years of experience focusing on Lean integrated project delivery and healthcare design. He is a current core group member of the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) NorCal Community of Practice and Co-Chair of training.
Vic Ortiz, President of Ortiz Consulting has more than 40 years of experience training, coaching and consulting in support of effective organization development and business process re-engineering. Vic is a member of the core group for the LCI Northern California Community of Practice, as well as an LCI approved instructor, and is currently active in the ongoing development of joint training materials for LCI and DBIA and other construction-related organizations.
