  • Where did Lean start
  • How is lean used in design and construction
  • Why are people using lean and what are the results
  • Tools used in lean design and construction

Bernita Beikmann, is a Principal with HKS, Inc. She is a licensed Architect in the state of Texas. She previously worked as a Project Architect with experience in Commercial and Healthcare Construction. Currently her focus is on implementing Lean Process improvement strategies to her company and projects. She coaches and mentors Integrated Delivery type Projects

Aaron Pitt is with J.E. Dunn Construction.  He has a passion for building excellence with sustainable means and methods guided by the principals of Lean construction. He uses this passion to help teams perform better.
