Introduction to Last Planner®
with Villego® Simulation
Unpredictable workflows correlate with an increase to construction costs and schedules. In response to 1990s research revealing 54 percent of construction project commitments were completed on time, LCI developed the Last Planner® System (LPS™) with five levels designed to help project teams maintain reliable workflow while maximizing efficiency and safety. Now, you can complete LCI’s Introduction to Last Planner® System to learn how it improves communication, trust and transparency across all stakeholders. Engage in group discussions and see for yourself how variations in flow impact the entire project with the Parade of Trades simulation embedded in this LCI education course.

Field Driven Lean owner, Brian Winningham has over 20 years’ experience leading, managing, planning and estimating construction projects. Brian is the leader of the San Antonio LCI Community of Practice (CoP). He is an LCI Approved Instructor for LCI training courses and also an approved instructor for the AGC Lean Construction Education Program (LCEP). Brian is also a Veteran of 3/75 Ranger Battalion and active with Veterans in his community
