Essential Scrum

Scrum Workshop Description and Title: Essential Scrum for Design and Construction

Exponential team velocity improvements await. Scrum harnesses the power individuals working together in one direction, a team with a shared purpose. The method often more than doubles productivity with less effort and invigorates engagement. This course is geared to individuals and teams with no, some, or seasoned experience with the Scrum framework. Workshop resources will be provided to guide scaling up to fully functional Scrum teams in your organization. Scrum continues to be adopted in the construction industry worldwide. Are you ready to make your work easier and become more valuable for your organization?

Jeff Sutherland is a true pioneer advancing lean thinking across multiple industries. The Scrum method borrows from the best of martial arts, judicial decision making, advanced aerial combat, robotics, and many other disciplines. Scrum has been used to prove what others considered unachievable – inventing a trailblazing technology, devising a new system of education, pioneering a way to feed the hungry, or building a foundation for your family to thrive.
