Developing Leaders at All Levels to Create a Stronger Team

Have you ever wondered where to begin in searching for leaders within your company or who/what defines a good leader? Leadership is defined as the social influence or environment and the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal. In this presentation we will share the journey we initiated in developing future leaders at all levels and how we have grown from our year long voyage.

Speakers:

Brandon Stephens is one of Rosendin Electric’s executive leaders. His roles have ranged from warehouseman to project engineer, leading to his current position as Rosendin’s Southwest Division Manager. When he joined Rosendin, he was dedicated to the high-tech sector which included project management for a global class computer chip manufacturer in Chandler, Arizona. His leadership in the development of new markets and opportunities has brought an incredible success to the Southwest Division.

Patti Stapleton is currently a Senior Administrative Assistant at Rosendin Electric. Joining the company in 2011, with a 16-year background in education, construction was a new career path for her. Currently Patti is assigned to Rosendin’s Division 4 Southwest Office in Tempe, where she also serves as the Division 4 Leader.

Christi Sova is part of Rosendin Electric’s core of dynamic project management professionals. Joining the firm in 2013, her field assignments included major data center projects in North Carolina and Virginia. Currently Christi is Rosendin’s Project Manager for the Tempe Streetcar Project and is actively involved with Women in Transportation and Groundbreaking Women in Construction.
