Current State of IPD with Sutter Health, DPR and Hanson Bridgett: Presented by Digby Christian, James Pease, Howard Ashcraft and Dean Reed

Integrated Project Delivery is a new way of delivering complex capital projects with documented reliable results for projects across multiple project types and industries. Join LCI NorCal for a look at the current thinking around Integrated Project Delivery and some key resources to help you be successful.

Digby Christian, Director of Integrated Lean Project Delivery at Sutter Health will layout the current state of Integrated Project Delivery and share some of his experiences with the delivery model at Sutter Health. Sutter Health has delivered nearly $2Billion with this model and has $3Billion underway with highly successful results.

James Pease and Howard Ashcraft will report out on the 18 month process of creating Integrated Project Delivery – An Action Guide for Leaders. This Guide is a collaborative effort of lean experts from the US and Canada packaged into a free pdf funded by the Pankow Foundation. The design is to be a practical guide for those interested in implementing IPD for the first time and for experienced practitioners.

Howard Ashcraft and Dean Reed will report out on their book, Integrating Project Delivery. They will share their experiences in writing the book and give an overview of the content.

The presentations will be followed by a panel Q&A
