The story of our failures and successes, and how we (finally) realized culture must be first:

  1. Three generations to get where we are today
         a. Generation 1- Relentless Pursuit of Improvement
         b. Generation 2 – Change the Industry
         c. Generation 3 – Culture First
  2. A new plan.
  3. Examples of our Keys to Success.  We are always learning and growing and we’ll never arrive.
