Join us for a Gemba Walk at the Crystal Clinic project in Akron, OH. Gemba Walk will include a tour of current construction of new $78 Million, 170,000 SF Surgery Center.

A gemba walk is a visual and purposeful walk at the source of the work to thoroughly see and understand work processes and the frontline work. We will be completing our walk after work hours to allow for social-distancing.

Please bring PPE (Hardhat, Safety Glasses, Face Coverings). Face coverings will be required to be worn for the duration of the event.
