Cost Effective Techniques for Pulling in the Schedule

Seeking ways to shorten construction schedules is as old as the industry itself. Conventional wisdom tells us that we must pay a premium to do so and require that our team members to work evenings and weekends to hit the dates. What if the conventional wisdom isn’t quite right and not supported by research? Join us for an evening in which we contrast traditional methods to shorten schedule with advanced flow-based techniques that are not only more effective, but can be implemented as essentially zero cost.. At a minimum, participants will have a clear understanding of why only a small proportion of spending on overtime premium pay directly helps shorten the over-all duration of the project
