Merck laid down a challenge to a group of trusted EPCM partners to provide an operational facility that could produce a biopharmaceutical product within 24 months that had originally been benchmarked at 37 months. CRB, a leading design and construction firm in the industry, stepped up to join Merck in this journey. CRB and Merck teamed up to try some unique project delivery methods with goals to allow project acceleration with minimal risk. Join us as we share this lean delivery story and talk to the tools used to deliver this fast-tracked $120MM project.
