Mike Barrett -CRB– Mike is a project manager and engineer with more than 15 years of experience in engineering and facilities design for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. His project knowledge covers design and installation of biotech and pharma facilities, including upstream and downstream processing, cell & gene therapy technologies, process utility systems, plant utility systems, CGMP process systems and construction of CGMP facilities.
Carl Rohs – CRB – Carl is an experienced account manager overseeing capital construction projects for the pharmaceutical, biological, pulp/paper, food and water/wastewater industries. Projects have ranged in value from small capital scope to over $100MM in total installed cost. Experience includes rapid and continuous levels of project execution responsibilities serving in key management positions.
Sarah Gadbois – Merck – Sarah is a project engineer with 12 years of progressive project experience on the owner and supplier side of the business. Sarah has over one year of active, hands-on experience implementing numerous lean design and construction tools and techniques. She has helped drive the use of lean tools on projects at various stages in planning and design through construction.
