Choosing by Advantages

This training, we will go from an introduction to the topic and straight into actual examples in the AEC industry. This will allow the participants to connect the CBA concepts to problems that they are currently facing in their projects and organization. The training is designed to be practical rather than theoretical. The CBA principles will be introduced; however, we will not go through an academic lecture about them. The goal of the training is to help busy professionals understand the key ideas behind CBA, know when to use the process, and be able to start using the Tabular Method (with our reading guides) the next day on their projects.

AGC of America recognizes Choosing By Advantages Training as qualifying for continuing education hours towards the renewal of AGC’s Certificate of Management-Lean Construction (CM-Lean). Each hour of educational content is equal to 1 hour of CE credit. Attendees may earn up to 4 hours of CE Credit by attending this Choosing by Advantages training.
