Building High Performing Teams
Date: Thursday, February 22, 2018
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
1700 S. Lamar Boulevard
Austin, TX 78704
We will start our overview of high performing teams with why we are talking about teams in a Lean construction audience. Always start with “why.” We then explore the benefits of high performing teams, how to form high performing teams, and what high performing teams do. We also discuss leading high performing teams and how to create “team of teams” on large projects. The training is interactive and story based. The material presented is based on sound academic research along with our own personal experiences. Come to be entertained and learn about how a small investment in team building can have a dramatic improvement and not just in project results, but also the overall work experience.
