In 2019, over 70 Flintco superintendents unanimously agreed that if Flintco’s Lean journey ended tomorrow, and they could only keep one thing, it would be the daily huddle.
The weekly cadence of daily huddles and weekly planning sustains use of the Last Planner System® on a project. These two activities create a “pull” that encourages make-ready, phase and milestone planning. They’re also two of the simplest steps to put in place – but don’t confuse that with easy!
Join us virtually over lunch to learn more about using the power of building good habits to support your implementation of the Last Planner System® and how you can establish your own weekly cadence of daily huddles and weekly planning.
