An Electrical Contractor’s Lean Transformation

Lighthouse Electric will share their journey and Lean Transformation. The firm reshaped their vision of the future and how they can bring the most value to the customer while minimizing costs. With a consensus of the future state, Lighthouse was able to take leaps in restructuring the organization into new departments, developing work breakdown standards and SOPs, further refining their planning and BIM teams, and enhancing their fabrication department.

The Lighthouse team will share how fully embracing Lean at all levels of the organization had significant impact on their firm. Lean is a culture change rather than just a set of tools, which has impacted how they see problems, work together to solve them, and continuously improve.
