Agile/Scrum Work Planning: How to Empower Design Teams to Get More Done in Less Time
Date: Thursday, August 24, 2017
Time: 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
This event will include a brief overview of how scrum work planning is being used to design the structural systems for the new LA Rams/LA Chargers stadium in Inglewood, California followed by a hands-on workshop that demonstrates how scrum works in break-out sessions. Scrum has been used in the information technology world to develop source code and plan and execute other integration projects for the past two decades. This is an ideal opportunity for those unfamiliar with scrum to learn more and explore how they may be able to use it for a wide variety of applications in the design and construction industry.
