Join the NorCal CoP and one of the foremost experts on Lean design and construction, for a full-day training session on Pull Planning and the Last Planner® System. He will hit all the highlights of what you need to know to successfully implement the Last Planner® System at any phase of any building project with your project team or your company firm. This program is intended for individuals have a basic understanding of lean design and construction principals and who would like to learn more specifically about the Pull Planning Process.

The Last Planner® System, one of the hallmark management tools for successful implementation of a lean design/construction project, has been shown to streamline the scheduling process and increase productivity throughout multiple disciplines. Understanding this information will be invaluable to you and your firm.

 


Dan Fauchier is Director of The ReAlignment Group of California. He is described as a master of cross-organization effectiveness, construction dispute resolutionist, a teacher, a mediator, and a construction management expert. He has recently given talks at the 2015 LCI Congress and is hailed by LCI as one of the best trainers on the Last Planner System.

Kyle Martinez is an experienced Facilitator and Lean Coach for The ReAlignment Group of California.  Kyle has deep experience in coaching and managing over 50 project teams in the Last Planner® System in design, construction, fabrication and hospital fit-up projects.  He is also experienced in facilitating and coaching Root Cause Analysis, leading Villego simulations, providing “5 Why” training and scrivening dozens of Lean Partnering and IPD Alignment sessions.
